Yes instore but online we also have a sizing guide video that will help you measure your child at home.
Our early bird discounts run once a year, which is our uniform packages and are available from April to May to purchase.
We are open Monday to Saturday 9.30-5pm to receive phone calls on option 1 for the shop and emails at orders@ellisscott.co.uk. However during the busy back to school season June- early September we ask for you to email us only at orders@ellisscott.co.uk as we usually respond within 24 hours.
Uniform Packages
Our uniform packages run every year from April to May only as part of an early bird offering.
No sizing is not required to purchase a package as you will be sent a link to our diary to book an appointment between June and July for child to be measured.
All the package items are listed under the uniform package icon and you swipe across to see the items.
No they are set with discounts attached to the whole package.
Dependent on whether you buy a basic or premium it can range from 5-10%.
You can exchange items up to the day before they start school with the labels attached proving they are unworn along with your receipt for proof of purchase.
We operate an online booking system only. When you receive a confirmation note it gives you the option to reschedule or cancel at the bottom.
We operate on a 28 day return policy.
Appointment Bookings
All of the items required for your child to start school counts as full uniform. If you only need a couple of items please don’t book a slot just pop into store or buy online.
Yes you can, at the bottom of your confirmation note you will see the option to amend/reschedule or cancel your booking.
No you don’t we still accept walk ins, but you might have to wait.
To ensure customers don’t book unnecessary slots that could go to other customers. The deposit is returned on the purchase of a full school uniform only.
One, you will need to book two slots if you have two children.
