For our ‘Click and Collect’ service, select ‘Collect from store’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order has been picked. Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items.
We aim to process, pick and despatch orders to a home, work or other UK address within 3-5 working days. During our busy back-to-school time (June to September) orders may take a little longer to process. Postage will be calculated according to the weight and size of the order.
We use a tracked delivery service which usually delivers 1-2 days after dispatch. However, in cases when you are not available to receive the package on the first attempt. The courier company will contact you via text with tracking information and proposed delivery slots. Always contact our courier service in the first instance to arrange a re-delivery if you haven’t been home to receive your package.
If you require your order to be sent abroad, please contact us before placing your order either by telephone or email regarding postal rates as we can not guarantee fulfilment of overseas orders.
For our Collect from School option select ‘Collect from school’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. Please note this is only available from those schools that have suitable arrangements in place and therefore will only be available at checkout if this is offered.
School uniform items are supplied subject to availability on the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
