DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS

CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

For our ‘Click and Collect’ service, select ‘Collect from store’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order has been picked. Once your order has been picked, you will also receive a text message confirming it is ready for collection. Please note that orders are not ready to collect until this text message has been received. Please have the text message available to view on a mobile device and bring it into store to collect your items.Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to process, pick, and dispatch all UK orders within 3–5 working days, even during our busy back-to-school period (June to September). However, many orders are processed much faster — often within 24 to 48 hours.

For UK mainland deliveries , we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £4.25 for all orders, regardless of size or value. This fee covers packaging, handling, and postage.

We typically use a tracked courier next day service, however, for smaller items, we may use Royal Mail first class to ensure prompt delivery. Our goal is always to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly so we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method for each order.

TRACKED DELIVERY

If your order is sent via courier and you’re unavailable to receive it, the courier will contact you via text with tracking details and redelivery options. Please contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If you require your order to be sent abroad, please contact us before placing your order either by telephone or email regarding postal rates as we can not guarantee fulfilment of overseas orders.

COLLECT FROM SCHOOL

For our Collect from School option select ‘Collect from school’ as your delivery method when placing your order online. Please note this is only available from those schools that have suitable arrangements in place and therefore will only be available at checkout if this is offered.

PART-DELIVERIES

School uniform items are supplied subject to availability on the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
