Refund and Exchange

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are totally unsatisfied for any reason, please return said item for exchange or for the refund of the purchase price within 28 days. The item must be unworn, with labels still intact and you will need to provide proof of purchase. We will not carry out refunds or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase.

To clarify this point, unless the purchase is faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. If we have made an error, your delivery charges will also be refunded to you.

If you believe your item to be faulty and we agree, we will happily send it back to the manufacturer along with images of the product. The manufacturer will then make a decision as to the state of the item in question and we will notify you as soon as we have an answer. We will not exchange items while this is being done. However you will be able to purchase the same item if you wish.

If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by telephoning us. The returned product should be sent to our address: Ellis Scott, 24 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AN.

When returning an item, please remember to include your name, address, and a telephone number inside the package. We will also need to know whether you want a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you are in possession of proof of postage.

With regards to lost goods, if you have not received your item/s within 15 days of making an order, please contact us on 01737 243825 and we will look into the matter and notify you accordingly.
