Our sizing guide will help you find the right size for your child or children, and once you’ve selected the school, you’ll only see items for that school, and that are in stock, so you’ll never be disappointed by a delay.
And if you ever need to send anything back to us, returns are simple. See the Returns section for full details, but in short, you can return anything within 28 days as long as it’s unworn, has all the labels and you have the receipt. If you happen to be in the area, you can even return items straight back to our shop.
You can return any items within 28 days (starting from the date you received/collected your order). Any items returned outside of the 28-day period will be held for 3 months in order for you to arrange collection.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return said item for exchange or for the refund of the purchase price within 28 days. The item must be unworn and with labels still intact.
To clarify this point, unless the purchase is faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. If we have made an error, your delivery charges will also be refunded to you.
If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of receipt by telephoning us on 01737 243825. Our return address is: Ellis Scott, 24 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AN.
When returning an item, please remember to include your name, address, and a telephone number inside the package. We will also need to know whether you want a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you have proof of postage.
With regards to lost goods, if you have not received your item/s within 15 days of making an order, please contact us on 01737 243825 and we will look into the matter and notify you accordingly.
