Ordering from Overseas

Uniform can be ordered online at any time, allowing you to purchase when it suits your time zone. If you would prefer a more personal approach, parents are very welcome to call the shop directly or email us with any specific questions about uniform requirements, sizing or availability. We are also happy to take payment over the phone, should this be easier for you.

Sizing and Fit Advice

Choosing the correct size is often the biggest concern for international families. We provide clear size guides for all garments, along with a helpful sizing video which explains how to take measurements accurately at home. Our experienced team are also very happy to talk through sizing with you by phone or email before you place your order. If you are unsure between sizes, please do get in touch — we would much rather help you get it right first time.

Delivery and Collection Options

We offer a range of flexible options for international families, including UK delivery to an address of your choice, free collection from our shop by a friend or relative, and free delivery directly to the school for boarders. Delivering straight to school is often the easiest option for boarding pupils and ensures uniform is ready for the start of term.

Name Labelling

We strongly recommend name labelling on all items, particularly for pupils travelling from overseas. This helps ensure uniform is easily identified from day one and avoids items being misplaced once term begins.

Exchanges and Returns

We appreciate that ordering from abroad requires extra planning. While international return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, our team will always advise carefully on sizing and suitability before purchase to minimise the need for returns.
