Our Early Bird Uniform Credit Gift Card is designed to make things easier for families:

Spread the cost: Pay for uniform in advance, so you’re not hit with a big bill in the summer.

Get extra value: For May only, we’ll add 10% extra credit to your gift card, making your budget go further.

Avoid the rush: Packages purchased with Early Bird credit are prioritised for collection in July, so you can skip the August queues.

Peace of mind: If your child grows, you can exchange items up to the day before school starts, as long as they’re in sellable condition with labels intact.

How Early Bird Uniform Credit Works

For the month of May only, you can purchase an early bird uniform credit in the form of a digital gift card online and we’ll add 10% extra credit to your balance. This credit is designed to be used towards your child’s uniform package only, making your budget go further and your back-to-school prep a breeze. Packages purchased with Early Bird credit are prioritised for collection in July. It’s simple, flexible, and designed to help you plan ahead.

What’s Included in Our Uniform Packages?

Basic Package:
All compulsory school uniform items — everything your child needs for their school day.

Premium Package:
Everything in the Basic Package, plus extra quantities and optional uniform pieces like PE outdoor wear and socks.

No need to choose sizes when you buy — just select your package.
Our team will send you details to help of how to help us prepare your package along with information on how to collect.

Worries About Buying Too Early?

If your child grows over the summer, don’t worry — we have you covered!

Any items purchased as part of a uniform package can be exchanged up to the day before school starts, as long as they are in sellable condition with all the labels intact and you bring your receipt.

What Happens If You Don’t Use Your Credit in Time?

If you don’t use your Early Bird Uniform Credit to purchase a uniform package by the 10th July, the extra 10% credit will be removed.

The remaining balance will revert to the original amount paid and will stay on your gift card as a standard Ellis Scott Schoolwear gift card, subject to standard gift card terms.

Who is the Early bird uniform credit for?

• One gift card per child / per school place
• Families with more than one child can purchase one gift card per child
• Each gift card is used for one uniform package only
